The farm is located at the top of a mountain having a quite amazing climate producing an exceptional coffee. The one manzana of the Maragodipe is in the middle of 22 manzanas of catuai coffee.The farm impresses with its unusual combination of pines, bananas and coffee trees. The crop is harvested by the laser method and by manual selection of beans, which guarantees a pure natural taste with an uncompromising berry and fruit mix.
San Rafael is the winner in the government grant competition to represent Honduras coffee at the championship World of Coffee - SCAE 2015 in Sweden.

La Bendición is a plantation owned by Luis Alberto Balladarez, a long-standing and well respected coffee farmer who is a perennial entrant in the Cup of Excellence event. Balladarez has been growing coffee for years and is truly one of the best in the business – what he doesn’t know about cultivation isn’t worth knowing.
The farm is located in the far north of Nicaragua La Cordillera de Dipilto. Thanks to the mountainous terrain for the region, the region has something of a unique and contrasting microclimate: The towns on the peak’s south face are baked in sunshine yet those on the north side are engulfed in green and often blanketed in rain. It is these conditions which Balladarez utilises to make some exceptional, knock-out coffees.

The farm is located in the Santa Ana region, among volcanic lakes and a national park of 26 hectares, where coffee trees feel great in the shade of orange groves and giant tropical trees. Las Delicias was founded in 1935 by immigrants from Italy - the Escalon family.

Las Delicias has achieved Cup of Excellence rankings in 2011, 2012 and 2017 – a sign of excellence in quality only achievable through careful and sustainable farm management and coffee processing. Finca Las Delicias is a showcase for the future of specialty coffee.

El Centro is a farm owned by Valladares Rodriguez. Near the year 1949 his grandfather Isaías Gómez Gómez, bought his first coffee farm, Finca El Centro. The property counts with an extension of 21 hectares and is located in Getsemaní of San Rafael of Heredia, Costa Rica. 
Now, together with his wife Beatriz Chaves Zamora, he decided to continue the legacy of his grandfather. They work with full-love for coffee and in each coffee bean they honor they ancestors with the soul, life and heart. 
This is the third year that Finca El Centro is rewarded by ACE. In 2017 coffee took 19th place and in 2018 took 18th place.
